Owner, Statewide Roofing

Phil Thierault built his career in construction from the ground up. He began as a laborer for a homebuilder and steadily worked his way into positions of greater responsibility. After earning his general contractor’s license, Phil started his own company building custom homes throughout the Denver area.

The homebuilding company grew to approximately 100 employees and operated from an office in downtown Denver. Managing a construction company of that size gave Phil extensive experience in project planning, estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination and quality control. It also gave him a thorough understanding of how commercial and residential buildings are constructed from the foundation to the roof.

Phil later transitioned into the roofing industry and operated TT Roofing for eight years, completing both residential and commercial roofing projects. Over time, he saw an opportunity to focus exclusively on the specialized needs of commercial property owners, property managers and building operators.

He closed the residential side of the business and established Statewide Roofing as a dedicated commercial roofing company. Based in Castle Rock, Statewide Roofing serves businesses and commercial properties throughout Denver and Colorado’s Front Range.

Phil brings decades of hands-on construction, business management and roofing experience to every project. He understands that commercial roofing decisions can have a major impact on a property’s operations and long-term costs. His approach is to carefully evaluate each roof, explain the available options and recommend a practical solution based on the building’s condition, use and budget.
